    • Deconstructing cultural conditioning and resistance to grief.
    • Guided practice: Observing personal attitudes towards sadness and loss.
    • Empathic listening exercise in pairs.

    📆 Workshop 2: The Posture of Acceptance – Connecting with the Life Within

    🔹 Theme: Developing the ability to stay present with what is.
    🔹 Content:

    • Exploring the concept of "presence" and the "authentic heart of sadness."
    • Guided meditation: Listening to bodily sensations related to unmet needs.
    • Partner exercise: Expressing pain without trying to fix or change it.
